Storengy Germany donates EUR 100,000 to local organizations

Berlin - The 2023 financial year enabled Storengy Germany to donate a total of EUR 100,000 as part of its corporate responsibility.

  • As part of its corporate responsibility, Storengy Germany donates a total of EUR 80,000 to social organizations and educational institutions in the vicinity of the storage locations.
  • EUR 20,000 was also donated to the THW foundation for support in the context of the Ukraine conflict.

Berlin, 22.01.2023. The successful financial year 2023 enabled Storengy Germany to donate a total of EUR 100,000 to social organizations that strengthen the social fabric of local communities as part of its corporate responsibility. These include voluntary fire departments, neighborhood aids and local associations in the immediate vicinity of Storengy Germany's storage locations.

The financial support of EUR 20,000 for the THW Foundation deserves special mention. This donation helps to promote the important work of the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) in the context of the Ukraine conflict.

A final partial amount of EUR 10,000 for the support of universities and technical colleges is still outstanding. This amount will be used in the short term in 2024 to support educational institutions in fulfilling their important tasks.

Storengy Germany would like to thank its employees for their ongoing commitment and is pleased to be able to make a lasting contribution to strengthening the community and education thanks to these donations.

  • The volunteer fire department Peckensen area received EUR 10,000 (Hansestadt Salzwedel)
  • The volunteer fire departments and schools in the Harsefeld area received EUR 20,000 (Förderverein der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr e.V. Förderverein der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Harsefeld e.V., Samtgemeinde Harsefeld, Förderverein Ortsfeuerwehr Bargstedt e.V.).
  • The volunteer fire departments in the Lesum area received EUR 10,000 (Bremen-Lesumbrok and Grambkermoor state fire brigade association)
  • The volunteer fire departments in the Schmidhausen area received EUR 10,000 (Großkarolinenfeld Volunteer Fire Brigade, Tattenhausen Volunteer Fire Brigade, Großkarolinenfeld Volunteer Fire Brigade, Tuntenhausen Volunteer Fire Brigade, Großkarolinenfeld Volunteer Fire Brigade Ecumenical Neighborhood Aid)
  • The volunteer fire departments in the Uelsen area received EUR 10,000 (Blekker Hof, Samtgemeinde Uelsen, , Förderverein der Ortsfeuerwehr Neuenhaus e.V., Freiwillige Feuerwehr Wilsum)
  • The volunteer fire departments and a local association in the Fronhofen area received EUR 10,000 (DRK Ortsverein Altshausen e.V., Förderverein Miteinander-Füreinander Wilhelmsdorf e.V., DRK Ortsverein Wilhelmsdorf e.V., Feuerwehr Gemeinde Wilhelmsdorf)
  • Still outstanding in 2024: Universities and technical colleges receive EUR 10,000.
