As an information platform for the energy industry, the trade fair gathers decision-makers from all over the world in Essen. The level of internationality and the importance of the fair are increasing every year. This year, 813 exhibitors from 25 nations showed their innovations in energy supply to over 25,000 visitors.

This year the focus was on Smart City and Climate Solutions - with the aim of shaping a sustainable transformation and promoting intelligent technologies, services and infrastructures. In the congress accompanying the trade fair, experts also passed on their knowledge, including topics such as "Hydrogen - Approaches to the Energy Transition" and "Decarbonization of Heat Generation".
As always, Storengy presented itself under one roof with ENGIE. Experts from the areas of sales, business development and communication were present at the booth to accompany the current topics of the energy world in the context of meetings and by participating in forums and lectures and to actively help shape the sustainable energy world of tomorrow.

Catherine Gras, Managing Director of Storengy Deutschland GmbH, is highly satisfied with the renewed success of the fair and emphasizes: “We are very pleased that we were able to exchange ideas with numerous customers and business partners again this year and take on board feedback and information with us, in order to meet our customers' wishes again in the coming accounting year. ”

For the first time this year the partner Electrochaea were at the stand together with Storengy. As a leading provider in the field of power-to-gas solutions based on the principle of biological methanation, the Munich based company presented its pilot plant BioCat near Copenhagen in the form of a 3D model. The system offers economical solutions for mobility, heat and energy storage. Managing Director Doris Hafenbradl: “We have repeatedly proven that our biological methanation is ready for use on a large scale and represents a very robust and efficient alternative to chemical processes. Now we are planning the first commercial projects with our partner Storengy. Some of these project ideas have grown at E-world and we look forward to their implementation.”
