Storengy Deutschland sales roll-out a complete success

Six weeks, six countries, 40 meetings – this year’s Storengy sales roll-out intensified customer relations and helped initiate business contact.

After a two-year hiatus due to Covid, during which the Storengy team only held digital meetings, the sales team has once again met numerous customers this autumn for personal talks. This is a unique selling point in the market which the sales team uses to discuss current trends, market developments and requests.

Dieter Fehlau, Head of Sales at Storengy Deutschland: “For us, it’s really important to inquire about customer needs twice a year as part of our close customer engagement. In spring we use E-world for this, and in autumn we’ve been using our sales roll-out for almost ten years now. This continuity creates trust.”

Storengy’s sales roll-out has been held every year since 2013. The main purpose of the meetings is to enable the sales team to develop tailor-made products that offer customers real added value.

“The sales roll-out has become a regular fixture in Storengy’s annual calendar. Whether digital or physical – we’ll continue to use it in future to stay close to our customers and respond flexibly to current market trends,” says Dieter Fehlau.
