Storage capacity marketing: Lesum 3 Year Product

• Storengy Deutschland will be marketing a total working gas volume of 504 GWh in its Lesum cavern storage facility for the storage years 2024/25 to 2026/27.

• For the first time interested parties can actively participate in the pricing by contributing their ideas for possible pricing models during the negotiation phase.

Berlin, 2 November 2023. Storengy Deutschland is marketing a total working gas volume of 504 GWh within its Lesum 3 Year Product.

The storage product is offered for a contract duration from 1^st April 2024 to 1^st April 2027. For the first cycling the operational costs are included, thereafter a fee of 0.85 Euro per megawatt hour will be charged. Curves need to be respected. Transport capacities must be booked separately.

Marketing will take place in two phases: The registration phase (1) runs from 6^th November 2023 to 17^th November 2023. The negotiation phase (2) starts on 20^th November 2023 and ends on 15^th December 2023. Participation in the marketing requires prior registration via e-mail (sales@storengy.de).

During the negotiation phase the pricing will be discussed with all interested and registered parties, e.g. fixed price for all storage years, indexed price, a mixed price from the two aforementioned options. Storengy Deutschland reserves the right to allocate the capacity to the interested party with the most lucrative pricing model or not to allocate at all.

For the first time the storage operator is applying this innovative marketing concept, which actively involves the market in order to work out the best possible solution together.
