“First Come-First Served” storage capacity marketing: Uelsen SY 25 + 2 Product

• Storengy Deutschland will be marketing approximately 600 GWh of working gas volume per year in six bundles in its Uelsen pore storage facility for the storage years 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28.
• During the “First Come-First Served” marketing, interested parties may submit bids anytime during the call for offers period. If a bid is higher than the internal reservation price, it will be allocated.

Storengy Deutschland will be marketing the "First Come-First Served" product with a working gas volume of around 600 GWh per year in six bundles.

The storage product is offered for a contract duration from 1 April 2025 to 1 April 2028. Alternatively, a combination of the storage years 2025/26, 2026/27 or 2027/28 may be selected.

For the first cycling, the operational costs are included, beyond which a fee of 0.85 Euro per injected MWh is charged. Curves need to be respected.

The call for offers period starts on 17 April 2024 and ends on 17 May 2024, or as soon as all bundles have been marketed. Participation in the call for offers requires prior registration via e-mail (sales@storengy.de) for all those who never participated in a Storengy marketing before.

Review of the Uelsen marketing of 10 April 2024

The current marketing follows the successful Uelsen marketing of 10 April 2024, in which nine participants submitted 49 bids. The entire capacity (around 1,500 GWh in 15 bundles) was allocated to two existing customers and one new customer. Overall, there was a seven-fold oversubscription. Due to the very good bids, more storage volumes were allocated than planned. It should be emphasised in particular that large volumes were marketed at a very good price for the 2027/28 storage year.
