Storengy H2 underground storage roadmap

In order to tackle those CO2 emissions that are hard to abate, especially in sectors like industry and heavy mobility, we need to develop a range of solutions and green hydrogen is one of them.

Storengy is currently storing natural gas underground  and its strategy is to transform some of these sites into pure hydrogen storage sites.

For that we have developed an underground storage roadmap aligned with the Hydrogen backbone project developed by European transmission operators. The panel discussion during the Green Hydrogen Europe event on 24^th of March was a great opportunity to give an overview of the coming 10 to 15 years, to discuss the challenges of developing such projects and list the conditions that will need to be met.
