Storengy Deutschland will be marketing its virtual ‘Gas-In-Store’ product with an interruptible working gas volume of approx. 50 GWh for storage year 2025/26. The product will be marketed in one single bundle.
The marketing will take place between 4 March 2025 and 28 March 2025.
Berlin, 27 February 2025. Storengy Deutschland will be marketing its virtual ‘Gas-In-Store’ product with an interruptible working gas volume of approx. 50 GWh for storage year 2025/26. The contract duration begins on 1 July 2025 and ends on 1 April 2026. The product is pre-filled with 50 GWh of working gas on a loan basis. This ‘loaned gas’ will be returned by storage customer to Storengy until the end of the storage product duration. This offers the advantage that the customer has full access to his working gas at the start of the contract.
The product is physically located in the Uelsen, Harsefeld, Lesum, Peckensen and Schmidhausen storage facilities. The operational costs are included for the first cycling of the respective storage year, after which a fee of EUR 0.85 per each injected MWh is charged. The injection and withdrawal curves are flat.
The marketing will take place between 4 March 2025 and 28 March 2025. The exact day of the marketing will be announced 24 hours in advance via mail and the storage portal. In order to take part in the auction, a registration in Storengy’s storage portal and an authorisation for the auction platform are mandatory.
