Increased commitment at BVEG

Alexander Eichhorn, Performance Engineer Asset Management at Storengy Deutschland GmbH, has been appointed as chairman of the working group for hydrogen and gas quality at the German association for gas and oil producers and gas storage facility operators (BVEG) since January 14, 2020.

Alexander Eichhorn has extensive expertise in the field of hydrogen and more than ten years of experience in the energy sector. In his new position, he will support a working group promoting the exchange of research and work results for the association's members. The dialogue among the member companies should provide further insights about hydrogen research and specific solutions for adding hydrogen to the gas infrastructure, taking into account the general economic and technical conditions.

The BVEG represents the interests of German oil and gas producers, the operators of underground storage facilities and the service providers in this industry. Storengy Deutschland has been a member of the association for many years and is involved in numerous working groups.
